Already in 1900, engineering services for lighting in buildings made by the former Sächsische Bronzewarenfabrik (Saxon Bronze Ware Factory), nowadays SBf Spezialleuchten Wurzen GmbH, were known and highly appreciated at international level, thanks to their solid manufacturing and distinguished quality. Furthermore, for over 50 years, lighting systems for the railway sector have been developed, designed and manufactured at the traditional site of Wurzen. After the merger with Rainer Haag GmbH in 2001, our company is ranked among the most innovative and autoritative players in its sector in Europe.

At present, 52 employees, including 6 development engineers, work for SBf Spezialleuchten Wurzen GmbH.

SBf Spezialleuchten Wurzen GmbH is DIN EN 9001: 2000 certified. We guarantee comprehensive quality assurance of all processes from sales, development, design and model construction to serial production (including our partners in the value added chain). As a Q1 supplier, we guarantee in addition compliance with the high safety standards of our customers, in particular Deutsche Bahn AG.
