The LED headlight is entirely LED based and has the functions of illuminating the front and the rear of the vehicle. The LED headlight consists of several aluminium profiles for the optimal cooling.

The dimensions are 320 mm x 190 mm x 62 mm. For the driving light in the headlight 24 high efficiency-LED each with separate optic, which are arranged on two levels. The rear light is also arranged in the raster, and will be realised with a red LED in integrated optic. The system voltage is 24 V, the connection power is ca. 30 W for white, and ca. 6 W for red. The cooling of the LED occurs passive. For the alignment of the system are three mounting points, from which the upper two are adjustable.
