At the front of the step light is situated powder-coated aluminium facing board with an integrated polycarbonate cover pane. The coated casing is firmly screwed to furrow plates at the back. The casing integrates the complete wiring as well as the light bulb.
Orientation- / Accent lighting
LED-Ledge 143 524
The aluminium extrusion profile has at the side the LED-strips. The port on the backside serves as cable routeing. To achieve more hardiness against environmental conditions, the strips can be casted. Blue and white luminous LED-strips are deliverable. Additional light colours are possible.
LED-Ledge 143 542
The aluminium extrusion contains the LED ledge. Simultaneous, the profile will be sealed with a plastic cover. The cover can be transparent or diffuse. Grouting of the LED‘s is possible, to achieve a higher protection against environmental conditions.

The cover is inserted in a milled aluminium frame. The housing is put on and connected with the frame. In the housing are assembled LED‘s. The current source for the supply of the LED‘s is at the backside of the housing.
Exterior light/emergency light
The aluminium housing has on the front side a LED-carrier. The carrier is molded in the housing and therefore protected against weather. On the backside is the cable junction, which could be customized.

The aluminium housing has on both longsides a LED-carrier. The light could be used as running light or signalling. The LED-carriers are molded in the housing and therefore protected against humidity and weather. The light colour could be customized.
Signal-/ Warning light

The light consists of a compressed housing. The housing has the carrier with the LED and serves at the same time as cooling of the LED‘s. The housing can have at the front side a cover or can be mounted behind the casing. The LED carrier is secured against condensate.
Red-white head light
The light consists of a compressed housing. The housing has the carrier with the LED and serves at the same time as cooling of the LEDs. The housing can have at the front side a cover or can be mounted behind a cover. The LED carrier is secured against condensate.
Blinker light
On a mounting plate is assembled a heat sink, which bears at the same time the LEDs. The PC-cover with prismatic structure is screwed with the mounting plate. A rubber plate will be mounted between metal sheet and railcar body, and could be used with or without rotation protection.
Door signal light 143 516_04
The lighting bulbs are integrated in the aluminium casing.The polycarbonate cover (signal red) is held through screws. LEDs are used as lighting bulb.
LED signal light red/white reversible
The LED unit is assembled with white and red LED. The LED module has the following functions: signal light white, signal light white reduced, signal light red. The light intensity is regulated in a large input voltage range.
Headlights
Front light 143 552
On an aluminium heat sink are mounted three LED-carriers. Reflectors and a facing board on the front side borders the beam and the light and dark boundary. The assembly could be made with red and/or white LEDs so that head lights and rear lights are feasible. For push-pull trains, red and white can be combined.
Headlight 143 507 00
The adjustable headlight is equipped with a highly-efficient bulb. The lamp power is regulated in a very large input voltage range. The headlight is characterized by a long operating life as well as a consistent light quality. As an optional feature the headlight can be equipped with a dimming function.
Exterior lighting/combined headlight/rear light 142 958 xx
This combination will be assembled behind the front, and has to be folded out through hinges for maintenance purposes. It consists of a P43T – headlight and a rear light which is mounted on a carrier.
Rear lights
LED-train rear light 142 404 60
The LED - train rear light consists of a powder-coated casing ring which is firmly connected to a reflector and an integrated compact LED unit (signal red). A cast ring (powder-coated) with an integrated polycarbonate cover serves as exterior finish.
Train rear light 142 404 00
The train rear light consists of a powder coated casing ring which is non-switched with a reflector of high gloss polished aluminium. The lighting bulb is assembled in a socket carrier. The outside bounding consists of a tubbing (powder coated) with an integrated polycarbonate cover (signal red).
