At the front of the step light is situated powder-coated aluminium facing board with an integrated polycarbonate cover pane. The coated casing is firmly screwed to furrow plates at the back. The casing integrates the complete wiring as well as the light bulb.

Mounting frame is stuck behind a glass pane, in which the logo (writing, drawing ...) was left out, then you can insert the lamp body and screw in place. The microstructure – the cover plate is illuminated homogeneous by colored LEDs behind uniformly illuminated. It provides a uniform illumination, low distance between LED and plane, and the desired effect for the lighting of the lettering or signs.

The aluminium extrusion profile has at the side the LED-strips. The port on the backside serves as cable routeing. To achieve more hardiness against environmental conditions, the strips can be casted. Blue and white luminous LED-strips are deliverable. Additional light colours are possible.

The aluminium extrusion contains the LED ledge. Simultaneous, the profile will be sealed with a plastic cover. The cover can be transparent or diffuse. Grouting of the LED‘s is possible, to achieve a higher protection against environmental conditions.

The cover is inserted in a milled aluminium frame. The housing is put on and connected with the frame. In the housing are assembled LED‘s. The current source for the supply of the LED‘s is at the backside of the housing.

On a mounting plate is assembled a heat sink, which bears at the same time the LEDs. The PC-cover with prismatic structure is screwed with the mounting plate. A rubber plate will be mounted between metal sheet and railcar body, and could be used with or without rotation protection.

The head light made of cast aluminum with bonded safety glass cover, designed to be integrated into a coach nose. Fully equipped with LED.

The adjustable headlight is equipped with a highly-efficient bulb. The lamp power is regulated in a very large input voltage range. The headlight is characterized by a long operating life as well as a consistent light quality. As an optional feature the headlight can be equipped with a dimming function.

This combination will be assembled behind the front, and has to be folded out through hinges for maintenance purposes. It consists of a P43T – headlight and a rear light which is mounted on a carrier.

The LED - train rear light consists of a powder-coated casing ring which is firmly connected to a reflector and an integrated compact LED unit (signal red). A cast ring (powder-coated) with an integrated polycarbonate cover serves as exterior finish.

The train rear light consists of a powder coated casing ring which is non-switched with a reflector of high gloss polished aluminium. The lighting bulb is assembled in a socket carrier.
