Serial production

The variety of the materials by the mechanical components of the lighting system (aluminium, synthetic, expanded metal) and the customer demands on the high level of quality and precision in the performance, require the state-of-the-art technology. SBf Spezialleuchten Wurzen GmbH disposes therefore over the network of the efficient partners, who are able to implement the complicated technical demands (5-axis milling machines, extrusion machines, injection moulding of the synthetic, zinc die casting).

By the serial production of electronic components, including as well the LED modules, our enterprise relies on the experienced and acknowledged companies, specialist in the mounting of the circuit boards.

The efficiency of the quality management system is guaranteed thanks to the well structured process assessment system of the incoming goods control, through the completing function test and final inspection up to the traceability for the case of the possible claims in the series production.

For the efficient process control of the whole order processing, including the purchasing process, we use the modern ERP system.
