The development and construction of the interior and exterior lighting is made in 3D-construction system ProE. Data exchange or data conversion in other formats (Catia und AutoCAD) is always possible.

Since 2007 the developing engineers of our enterprise construct the complete solutions for ceilings, haunches and luggage carriers in rail vehicles, including the lighting systems, integrated into the interior components.

The technologists in the sphere of structuring of the manufacturing processes for mechanical and electronic components care regularly about the accurate in every detail design implementation into products. The construction of the products encompasses as well the demands for the transport-safe packaging of the materials on their on way to the customer.

Implementation of the product design begins with the prototype of the lighting. SBf Spezialleuchten GmbH has experienced and technically good skilled specialists, who are able to attend the construction process from the very beginning through the 1:1 function models and secure the process on the whole.
