Passenger compartment ceiling with integrated LED-lighting.

By combining a drawn ceiling with a rearmounted LED chamber, it is now possible to arrange the lighting on a cambered ceiling in a clear curve progression. The compact construction makes ceiling lengths possible, which differ from conventional fluorescent tube lengths with little dark fields. With the use of LED’s can be realised the operation in stand-by mode or emergency mode in every ceiling area, through the cut-off of individual LED’s at constant illumination in the whole vehicle.
